The popular blogger Mark Gurman on 9to5mac reported that Apple CEO Tim Cook mentioned at the General Assembly meeting that Apple Music will take on Android platform soon. It is a means that Apple tested its service with non Apple device.
Apple has been positioning itself as a service company. Cook claimed at the General Assembly meeting that the company is planning to enlarge its service division.
Apple has plans to have its service taken on Android or other platforms. The statement of Cook implied that Apple might consider to have iCloud service and Apple Pay taken on Android platform.
The General Assembly meeting was held after Apple announced its Q1 2016 earnings report. Its net profit of Q1 2016 was over $18 billion. However, the Wall Street still considered Apple made poor performance which led to the share price declines continuous.
The speeches that Cook made at the General Assembly meeting were related with the feedback that investors made as many of its employees hold Apple shares.
What Wall Street concern is Apple experienced the glory of iPhone which means iPhone shipments might suffer initially decline since iPhone being introduced.
Cook addressed that iPhone will be the most important business of Apple in the near future. He assumed that iPhone shipments will keep increasing. The iPad shipments kept declining in the past year, but Cook claimed that its department revenue will be increased again by the end of this year.
Cook mentioned that the company won’t debut hardware product this year. His statement implied Apple has been launching Apple cars as reported.
